Ingredients for the recipe:

• 2 egg yolks;
• 200g sunflower oil;
• 1 teaspoon mustard;
• 2 teaspoons chopped capers;
• 2 teaspoons Terre Exotique tartar sauce mix.

Method:

1. Start by making your mayonnaise by whipping the egg yolks and mustard together, gradually adding the sunflower oil, make sure you whisk the mix constantly.
2. Once you have made your mayonnaise add the capers and the tartar sauce mix then your sauce is ready to enjoy!
