My home-made curry blend

Curry is a blend that can be reinvented endlessly! Don’t hesitate to add your own personal touch.

Ingredients:

- Turmeric 3,5 tsp.
- Coriander* 3 tsp.
- Cumin* 2 tsp.
- Fennel 3 tsp.
- Mustard seed 1 tsp.
- Fenugreek* 1 tsp.
Ginger 2 tsp.
- Cinnamon 1 tsp.
- Cloves 8 cloves
- Cardamom 4 seeds

Utensils:

Steps:

  1. In a pan, roast the coriander, cumin and fenugreek. Be careful not to burn the spices! Roast over low heat and keep an eye on it.
  2. Gather all the ingredients in a mortar.
  3. Grind the whole mixture, using a pestle.
  4. Your curry is ready!
