Marinated salmon with green tea and coriander

Ingredients for the recipe :

Method :

  1. Start by rinsing the salmon then dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Grind the coriander seeds in a pestle and mortar then add to a bowl with the salt, sugar, green tea and lime zest.
  3. Place the salmon in a dish then cover with the lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil then spread the green tea and coriander mix over the salmon.
  4. Leave to marinate for 24h in the fridge – don’t forget to turn the salmon over at least twice.
  5. Slice thinly then serve on slices of buttered bread with pre-dinner drinks or as a starter.
