Marinated chicken with Cayenne chilli pepper

Ingredients for the recipe:

Methods:

  1. Place the chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, Cayenne chilli pepper, paprika, parsley, fleur de sel and oregano and sesame seeds in a bowl, then mix well and leave to marinate in the fridge for 5 hours.
  2. Cook as you fancy – on the barbeque, plancha, in the oven or simply in a frying pan.
  3. We chose to fry our chicken.
  4. Serve with rice to sooth the fiery heat of the Cayenne chilli pepper.
