Lebanese Zathar Hummus

  1. In the bowl of a blender, put the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, sesame paste, spices, and salt.
  2. Blend everything together until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous cream.
  3. Serve in a bowl decorated with a pinch of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil, accompanied by slices of bread or Lebanese bread.
