Hollandaise Sauce recipe with Terre Exotique Halen Môn salt

Ingredients for the recipe:

Methods:

  1. Whisk the egg yolks with the cold water in a bowl.
  2. Place this mix in a double boiler and continue to whisk until you obtain a light and creamy consistency.
  3. Add the butter in small pieces and continue whisking.
  4. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice, black pepper and Halen Môn salt. Whisk and serve immediately.
  5. This sauce is ideal served with soft boiled eggs, on fish or even asparagus – enjoy!
