- 6 cloves of garlic;
- 1 teaspoon Terre Exotique thyme;
- 1 tablespoon Terre Exotique coriander seeds;
- 2 Terre Exotique bay leaves;
- 1 litre Terre Exotique Lesbos olive oil;
- 1½ teaspoon Terre Exotique French ground pili-pili chilli pepper.
- Choose an empty bottle with a tight lid. Pour in the oil, coriander, chilli pepper, thyme and bay leaves.
- Mix and leave to infuse for at least ten days.
- You can use your chilli oil wherever you like, on your pizzas but in plenty of other dishes to add a spicy hot kick!
